Our Story: Making the Invisible, Visible

The idea for Speak For Me Systems started years ago on a long stretch of interstate. I was traveling cross-country with my children, haunted by a constant "what-if." What if we were in an accident and I was unconscious? Who would tell the paramedics my children’s names? Who would they call?

I did what many parents do: I wrote their information on a scrap of paper and tucked it into the glovebox, praying someone would find it. It wasn't until years later that I learned the hard truth from a first responder: "We don't look in the glovebox." Paramedics are trained to focus on the patient and their immediate surroundings—not dig through a vehicle's compartments.

From Parent to Professional
Today, my children are grown and I have grandchildren of my own, but my perspective has changed in a way I never expected. I now serve as an Emergency Dispatcher. Every day, I am the voice on the other end of the line, and I see firsthand how vital information—or the lack of it—dictates the outcome of an emergency.

I know that when seconds are the only currency that matters, silence is the greatest enemy.

Our Mission
I founded Speak For Me Systems to bridge the gap between a crisis and a solution. We don't just sell accessories; we provide a voice for those who can’t speak for themselves. Whether it’s a child with a medical condition, a senior with a heart history, or a solo traveler on the road, our high-visibility emergency essentials put life-saving information exactly where responders are trained to look.

Because your story shouldn't go untold when it matters most.
